Enjoy your stay with beautiful sunrises, fishing , and a private boat slip on our dock for your boat!
This 3 bedroom home will sleep 8 adults and dogs are welcome. The main floor has an open floor plan with full kitchen, living room, master suite, guest suite & laundry room. There is a porch and a screened porch that overlooks the lake & pool area.
The spiral staircase takes you from the main floor to the walk-out basement, which has the 3rd guest room with a queen size bed. The basement playroom has a queen-size Futon, a pool table and a full kitchen with French-doors that walk out to a lakeside playground with a unique 35' Sea Ray swimming pool, a sun-tanning patio dock, along side an outdoor kitchen and play area. The play area has a dart board & cornhole for your enjoyment. The basement has the 3rd full bathroom.
The backyard patio also has a Blackstone grill, for some outdoor cooking and bar area for hosting or just enjoying the view.
We have a 200' dock with an extra slip for your fishing or boating needs. We are located 1 block from the city dock and pier, as well as 3 Bananas Restaurant & Bar and Mystic Bistro Restaurant.
This 3 bedroom home will sleep 8 adults and dogs are welcome. We are 50 minutes from Sanford/Orlando airport & 1 1/2 hours Jacksonville Airport. St.Augustine and Daytona Beach are a quick 45 minute drive!
