Safe and private. The Villa is ideal for entertaining and relaxing with a 24 hours Security. The location is great as there are plenty of businesses (grocery, drug store) right at the entrance of the community which is very helpful for everyone on a daily basis. Ideally located close to the beach and outdoor activities. The main beach is protected from large/breaking waves which made for a relaxing time not worrying about strong currents for the kids. The beach is perfect for snorkeling.

The beach is an 8-10 minute walk away, but there is a parking deck near the casino that is free and reduces the walk to about 2 minutes.
Spend a day in Old San Juan, a 35-minute drive away and the oldest city in all of the US. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, grocery stores, & pharmacies, Shopping, golf courses, For stays over a week, theaters and outdoor activities.
The home has room for up to 3 vehicles.
For your Comfort and Security of entertainment of your family The Pool, Basketball Court, Tennis Court are in front of the Villa.

Each bedroom has a full bathroom, Air Conditioning and Ceiling Fans Wi-Fi Internet Speed 600MBPS. 55" flat screen Smart TV and the family room has an 80" flat screen Smart TV. Wonderful BBQ area on the amazing rooftop patio with 180 degree views. Multiple balconies with panoramic views.

For your comfort and the safety of your family and friends, we only activate it for the use of people with disabilities, or elderly people who cannot climb stairs, we have an elevator that takes you to all Bedroom in the villa, including the terrace. It is very important that you notify us in advance to leave it on and we will tell you how they work since we do not have it activated all the time.

There are also Hospitals, Police Headquarters, Pharmacy, Restaurants, Supermarkets in the square that would be a convenient option for those without food allergies.
Apart from the food, the location is also excellent due to the proximity to the Embassy Suites hotel, which offers 2 restaurant options, a casino, tennis, golf course and a fantastic beach area. The community services (separate from those of the hotel) are perfect for everyone.

We charge a $275.00 Cleaning & Disinfecting Fee, due to the Covid-19 situation around the world, We hired a Professional Disinfecting Company. They clean and disinfect my property before and after a guest arrives.

まとめ: My friends and I were really excited to stay in Dorado, PR however there were problems before we even arrived on the island. 1. VRBO policy states that guests should receive check-in instructions 24 hrs prior to arrival. I didnt receive anything from the host until 45 minutes before our flight to Puerto Rico departed. I had to escalate to customer support because we didnt know how to access the villa nor its exact location. 2. There was a roach infestation due to pantry foods that were left in cabinets and the pantry. We didnt discover this until our second day as we went on an excusion the first day and didnt attempt to use the kitchen. 3. We opted to cook outside once (walk up 3 flights of stairs with pots and pans) but that got old past one meal. We ended up eating out more than we wanted to and didnt feel comfortable in the kitchen. Every time we opened a drawer, the oven or the dishwasher a roach ( or several) would be crawling out. 3. After trying to reach out to the host, who took an entire day most times to respond, we escalated to customer support again. There was a disgusting fridge in the outdoor kitchen we tried to use to store some wine, but it was filled with moldy sponges. After I sent pics of the fridge and roaches to VRBO, the host scolded me for opening the fridge, which would have never been known if it werent for the roach issue in the first place. 4. The host has yet to provide a partial refund as promised and is unresponsive to date.
