The Space:
Welcome to this stunning two-level holiday home nestled along the pristine Bokarina Beach foreshore. The epitome of coastal luxury, with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a resort style pool, providing ample space for big families & groups of friends. The lush backyard featuring a jungle gym is a haven for both kids & pets, the space is fully fenced allowing them to play freely & explore.
The heart of the home seamlessly integrates the kitchen, living area, and dining space, overlooking the lush garden and sparkling blue pool. Natural light floods the living space through the large floor to ceiling windows, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind whilst watching the kids play outside. Cook-up a storm with the fully equipped kitchen, where the dining room adjoins the outside space seamlessly.

Guests will have access to the entire home excluding the garage, there is space to park two cars in the driveway. There is also plenty of free street parking available.

The home is located within walking distance of the Sunshine Coast Stadium and the Kawana Sports Precinct. There is also a hospital, shopping centre, library, cinema and skateparks all close by. Bokarina is perfectly positioned with access to local parks and playgrounds, an expansive retail precinct plus kilometres of cycling and walking tracks.

It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast, if you’re wanting a break from driving the local bus does service this area frequently should you need it. The home is approximately a 10-minute walk to Nicklin where bus services are available and operate to Mooloolaba/Maroochydore (northbound) and Caloundra Station (southbound).

*Pet-friendly for dogs - upon application, a $50 pet booking fee applies. Dogs restricted to outside areas, and tiled areas of our home. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form in full.
*We use hotel quality linen via a professional linen service that adhere to the highest levels of Australian chemical & heat sanitisation standards.
