Totally private. Queen bed, full bath, living area and kitchen w/ high-end built-ins, great water pressure, tall ceilings and doors, closet built-ins, grill, even a private exit/entrance (you must be able to walk up/down a small grassy hill). All are welcome; LGBTQ+ friendly
