When we say the whole family we mean it, this spacious holiday home sleeps up to ten guests across five bedrooms and two bathrooms, offering plenty of room to spread out and find your ideal spot to unwind.
Located in a very quiet area of Northland in a working macadamia nut orchard, Francis Orchard Country Stay is a large Garden of Eden. The lush, fully fenced section is filled with life, including lots of native birds, fruit trees, and even a swimming pool to complete your perfect summer stay.
From both the sundecks on each side of the house, through the trees, you'll have glimpses of the countryside setting to help you feel miles away from the hustle and bustle of busy holiday goers or city life. But even though you're in a rural hideaway, you're also just 10 minutes from Waipu village, and then 15 minutes from Waipu beach.
At the end of a busy day bring everyone together for meal or some downtime in the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, or dine alfresco on food fresh off the BBQ.
For a winter break, the wood-burning fireplace might be just the ticket to your cosy escape and Francis Orchard Country Stay is also equipped with some great essentials to ensure you feel right at home, including WiFi, and a TV with Freeview.

They are on at all times, but not pointed towards the garden, decks or the interior of the property.The macadamia orchard sells its products online on http://www.macadamianz.co.nz/.Please note that Wifi is available but with limited speeds and is restricted to 6 GB per day due to limited rural plans.As there is no town water supply in the area, like many rural properties, the house has tank water. Although the water goes through a filter, we strongly recommend that guests should boil the water before drinking or bring their own water to consume.The home is located within a working orchard. Guests may see workers in the orchard and the pack house. Contractors visiting weekly, to do mowing and maintain swimming pool.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
