Funky Tiny is located in a town East of Melbourne, where you can rest and enjoy comfortable accommodation with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.
The bathroom, however, follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water through using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment.

By car : 2.5 hrs drive from Melbourne
25 min drive from the nearest city, Leongatha
5 min drive from the nearest town, Mirboo North
By public transport: Bus service to Leongatha is available. Pick up/drop off can be arranged.
Other Things to Note:
- Mobile reception is good for Telstra
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Alpaca Farm Tours is also available by prior arrangement with host
- Transportation is available to and from Leongatha Bus Station for $100
- Don’t forget to close windows, and lock doors when leaving the tiny house
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., like chargers)
- Firepit is available but you need to bring your own firewood, matches, and starters
- No drones or other mechanical equipment may be used on our farm, including toy cars, motor bikes etc.
Farm guidelines
- Alpaca Farm Tour start at 9:30 am on the weekdays and 2 pm on the weekends
- Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without your land host’s permission
- Guests are encouraged to join the land host's alpaca duties and participate in running of the farm
- Guests are advised to follow the safety guidelines discussed by the land host before participating
- We recommend booking mid-November to January, where you are bound to see young alpacas or criaes
- If you're interested, please contact your land host 24 hours in advance to make the necessary arrangements

- Keep in mind that outdoor fire pits are not available during the fire season
- We strictly advise guests to follow these safety guidelines so we can help protect the environment
