Groups and families will have plenty of room to spread out thanks to the 4 modern bedrooms and additional sleeping spaces located throughout the home. All four bedrooms are equipped with comfortable bedding and large Smart TVs to give guests the most comfortable stay possible.

No need to wait around for your turn in the bathroom. This spacious property has 2 full bathrooms, each of which is outfitted with plush towels, hairdryers, and top-notch toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion.
Bathroom 1 is located off the first bedroom and features vanities and decent size walk-in shower.
Bathroom 2 sits off the main living area. This bathroom is outfitted with a shower/tub combo and a long vanity and mirror.

The modern kitchen is sure to please the chef of your group. This spacious area features new appliances, tons of counter space, and all the cooking basics you’ll need to make delicious meals and tasty cocktails. You can enjoy your grub at the large dining table (seating for eight), or head to the outdoor dining area to soak up the sun and the breathtaking views as you eat.
The well decorated living room area is decked out with a modern shaped sofa, a 65” Smart TV and lots of board games. This is the perfect place to hang out as a large group, whether you’re enjoying a family movie night or a fun game tournament from our large collection of board games.

The patio is a collection of vibrant spaces that allow guests to experience Miami like local residents. Cool off in the pool. We have sun loungers to give you the full tropical experience. The outdoor space is also equipped with a gas grill to relax and have fun under the string lights.

This property is divided into two distinct units. The main house, accessed from the primary entrance, offers its own dedicated living quarters. This space is not shared and is exclusive to those staying in the main house. Adjacently located is the upper unit with its distinct amenities. There is no internal linkage between the two units. While you share the driveway spaces with the residents of the upper unit, you have exclusive access to the main house's private pool and backyard. Please note, you may occasionally see other guests as the upper unit is sometimes rented out concurrently.
Free parking is available on the property for 4 vehicles. Let us know in advance if you have more vehicles.
This is a pet-friendly property. The fee per pet is $50.00 per stay. Please message us requesting a pet fee when you book.
We please ask that our guests clean up after they finish using the BBQ. There is no fee for using it, but if the grill is not cleaned, we will charge a $50.00 fee.
The property is located in a residential area, so we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum. No noise outside past 10:00 p.m - No parties or events allowed.
No smoking inside the house. Fines up to $750.00 for violating house rules.

The Beach a little over a mile and an easy bike ride and bike rentals deliver for a daily rate. We have contracts a Bike Rental Service for daily rentals delivered to the house.
For aquatic adventures, we are in partnership with American Made Charters, a boat companies for tours and fishing. Discounts are also available for guest's convenience.
Located centrally, the property is a short walk to many local attractions. The nearest bus stop is just a few minutes away, making public transit a breeze. Explore the neighborhood on foot, rent a bike for scenic rides, or use popular ride-sharing services. Everything is conveniently accessible, emphasizing the property's prime location.
-Please set thermostat to 75 for 30 minutes before going down to 70 to prevent system from freezing. Also, to keep the house cool, please refrain from opening the doors unnecessarily.
-Please bring the bins inside the property after trash has been collected to avoid City violations.
-You might see leaves in the pool because the pool is open and there are trees around it. Please use pool skimmers to clean or contact us for assistance.
-Please rinse the plates first with water to clear out any food waste before placing them inside the dishwasher.
-Late checkout will be charged minimum of $50 per hour to maximum nightly rate.
