The Space:
Welcome to our expansive, luxury estate! This renovated historic, New Orleans home consists of a main house, guest cottage and beautiful new pool. The grand design of the home incorporates original features with modern amenities creating the perfect balance. The backyard is nestled between the main house and guest cottage. It features the pool, outdoor dining area, and sun loungers. The expansive chef's kitchen and dining area are perfect for entertaining and gathering your group. The large French doors let in the Southern warmth and sunshine all day. All the bedrooms feature large windows and beautiful plush beds for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city.

Guest Access:
The entire main house, pool, and guest cottage are reserved for your exclusive use. Unfortunately this home is not wheelchair accessible.

The Lower Garden District is home to stately neoclassical mansions, hip cafes, and cutting edge restaurants on oak-lined boulevards. Located 3 blocks from Magazine, our home is in a convenient and safe location for all groups, no matter what brings you to New Orleans.
Area highlights include shopping on Magazine Street, national WWII Museum, and acclaimed eateries like Turkey and the Wolf and Commander's Palace. Walmart Supercenter is an 8 minute walk away which makes grocery runs convenient.
All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
Getting Around:
Our convenient location and safe neighborhood makes this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in the beautiful Lower Garden District while still close to most major sites. We are a 12-15 minute walk from the St Charles at Jackson streetcar stop, and the home features plentiful on street parking. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 10 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter.

Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized using properly rated disinfectant for COVID-19, as outlined by the WHO.
Reservation holder must be over 21 years of age.
NOTE: This listing has an additional Agreement that applies to all guests staying at the Premises. As part of the booking process, Guest(s) will be required to complete a guest verification process prior to receiving any check-in information pertaining to the Premises. The booking Guest will be required to provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. Guest(s) will be required to review and sign an Agreement with the Host. Cash App or any pre-paid debit cards are not acceptable methods of payment. This is not a pet friendly property. Mailing packages to the Premises is not permitted. We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
