Cheltenham is a suburb in Melbourne, located 18 km south-south-east of Melbourne's central business district. It is currently undergoing significant gentrification and development. While the City of Bayside presides over the suburb's western region towards extensive golf links, parks and Port Phillip Bay.
Short walk to Cheltenham station, be in the CBD in 35-40min.
CAR PARKING:
There is one space available, and a reservation is necessary at time of booking - Do let us know at the time of booking of your car bay requirement - Car Parking is on a 1st in 1st serve basis and subject to availability and may not be available if booked later.
PORTACOT & HIGHCHAIR available if anyone has infants in their group- just let us know at least 48 hrs before arrival.

Check In Requirements:
Guests are required to confirm their identity upon request through way of official documentation including passport, driver’s licence or national identity card and present the credit card that was used to make the reservation.
There is a strict “No Party Policy” imposed, where severe penalties apply.
Guests must oblige to keep noise within the building premises to a minimum after 9:00PM on all nights, in respect for other residents in the building.
A security deposit of $295 will be pre-authorised on the credit card provided within 7 days prior to arrival.
