Town house in a beautiful part of Perth my house is nestled around trees and water ways you can sit out side in the patio area listen to the birds .

1 bedrooms with 2 single beds nice entertainment area
2 story home with lounge and spacious out door area around my home are most amazing parks abs and the swan river
Beautiful and tranquil place on the water with amazing parks and rivers and great cafes and bars and close to airport and the city .

Rules for Home stay
$65 per bed per night
All guest are required to sit down with Gina and talk about Rules upon arrival
As covid 19 I request the guests to wash their hands with sanitizer which is available In kitchen and bathroom
No heaters or food in bedroom
No guest visits
1 to be quiet and not excessive noice
2 to be respectful to me
3 to clean up after your self eg’ kitchen , bathroom or areas you have made a mess
4 to be discreet on coming home as other people stay here .
5 The main door will be locked at 12.00 midnight please text me or let me know if coming back late .
Laundry $15 charge if your wanting cloths washed no ironing .
Clean room service if you wish is $15.00 Per Room service , vacuum and dust
Change of linen $15 if required
Cooking is not allowed
microwave and fridge and cupboard space plus tea and coffee is available and cups and cutlery And plates bowls available .
If used please clean 🧽 immediately or dishwasher only turned on full load
