Upstairs: large bedroom with futon and full sized bunk beds; large bedroom with queen bed; full bath.
Lower Level (unfinished basement): pool table, ping-pong table; washer and dryer.
Relax outside by the gas fire table on the porch or take a relaxing dip in the hot tub! Perfect ways to wind down after a fun filled day in town!
*Minutes from Downtown Boone and Appalachian State University; conveniently close to Blowing Rock, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Appalachian Ski Mountain, Banner Elk, Sugar Mountain, Hawksnest, Grandfather Mountain, Ski Beech, and more!
Additional Notes:
- Please note the homeowners use an exterior camera facing the street. No other cameras are pointed at the home or at any of the common areas.
- The fireplace in the living room is strictly decorative and is not to be used.
- Repeat guests returning to Happy Trails Lodge can receive a 10% discount.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- This property is NOT pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months. The main road leading to this home is gravel however, the parking area is paved.
- Parking space for up to 4 vehicles.
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
