Amazing location! This 3 bedroom 2 bath condo is professionally decorated and boasts access to an oversized community patio to enjoy the spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy Florida's legendary water activities from Indian Rocks Beach's premier condo resort. Ride the Lazy River and Water Slides with 4 complimentary daily passes to Splash Harbour Water Park. A $100/day value!!!! You are a three-minute walk from the Gulf's white-sand beaches and IRB's best restaurants.
Kitchen: Beautiful stainless steel appliances, perfect for making delicious home-cooked meals! There's also a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a blender, and both a drip coffee maker and Keurig. Basic dishes and utensils are also provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters are not always available.
Dining Area: Just past the kitchen is a dining table with enough seating for 6.
Living Area: Comfortable seating with a Queen-size sleeper sofa couch, two sitting chairs, a ceiling fan, a TV, and a door leading out to your private balcony.
Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a King-size bed, a smart TV, dresser space, a ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom #2: This bedroom has 2 Queen-size beds, a smart TV, a ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom #3: A Queen bed, a dresser, a ceiling fan, and a wall-mounted TV.
Bathroom #1 (master en-suite): Three-quarters bath with standing shower. No tub.
Bathroom #2 (en-suite): Full bath with shower and tub.
Laundry: A washer and dryer can be found in the closet closest to the entrance.
Outdoors: The balcony leading off the living room has plenty of seating to enjoy the Florida weather, sip your morning coffee, and watch as boats traverse the Intracoastal waterway. Enjoy 4 complimentary water park passes for Splash Harbour Water Park! Please note that there is no pool outside of the waterpark.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances starting at 10pm.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: This unit provides (1) Harbourside Condo parking spot and (1) Splash Harbour parking spot. No designated guest parking. Some street-side parking spots along 2nd St.

This condo offers plenty of amenities. You can spend your day at the beach that's just 2 blocks away or choose to spend it at the on-site "Splash Harbour" water park. Rental includes 4 complimentary passes to the water park per day. The park has two 42-foot water slides, a lazy river, a large zero-entry pool, plenty of sun loungers, a tiki bar, quick service food, and an area for the smallest guests in the kid's zone with size-appropriate slides and water features. Free Wi-Fi and parking are included. There's also an arcade, mini golf, and restaurant on the property.
It is conveniently located within walking distance of Jimmy Guana's, The Original Crabby Bills, VIP Mexican Restaurant, Eatin' Fresh, JD's Restaurant & Bar, PJ's Oyster House, Jake's Cantina, and an Ice Cream shop with over 100 flavors. Also within walking distance are some local beach shops including beach rentals. There is also a CVS and a post office located close to Crabby Bills.
The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Busch Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
