The Space:
Inside, the house exudes comfort and convenience. Thoughtfully equipped with crisp bed linens, the 2 bedrooms upstairs (one king & 1 king single) & 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen & 2 single bunks) on the entry level offer a cozy sanctuary for a restful night's sleep. For your convenience there is a bathroom on each level with bath towels supplied.
Fully equipped kitchen, open plan living & dining areas with reverse cycle air conditioner. Stay connected with complimentary WiFi, gas bbq & outdoor furniture, laundry facilities. Ample off street level parking with plenty of space for a boat & multiple vehicles.
Bring your bike, kayak & fishing rod, set your own pace, and let Harty's be the backdrop for your perfect coastal holiday.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house.

The Neighborhood:
There is a wonderful cycle and walkway which adjoins Tuross Blvd at Coila Beach to One Tree Beach, the village shops & beyond.
Nearby Club Tuross provides meals, golf, bowls, entertainment etc.

Guest Registration and Acceptance of Terms; Upon booking confirmation you will receive an automated message containing a link to our Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form. This form must be completed within 24 hours of booking acceptance or your booking may be cancelled. The form requires you to read and accept the terms and conditions as well as provide your valid photo ID.Please contact prior to booking should you have any queries at all.
Security Deposit . A refundable guest security deposit of $500 applies at Hartys on the Lake @ Tuross Head. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings.
Guests numbers must not exceed the number of guests stated on the booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 9 persons including adults & children. Additional fees apply after 6 guests.
Large group bookings, parties or events are not accepted at Harty's on the Lake. The property is non smoking internally.

We are Lyne Gatty Real Estate - Lyne Gatty & Jay Gatty located right here in Tuross Head. We usually meet guests on arrival at the house, however we are happy to make other arrangements for self-check-in and after hours arrivals. We are available to assist anytime during your stay.
