Generous holiday house on an extensive site near the Baltic Sea with interesting trip options
The holiday house is on an enclosed 500m² site with a lawn, in a very quiet location in a residential district with single-family houses. Klockenhagen is part of the amber town Ribnitz-Damgarten. Cycle tours on the cycling and hiking paths lead to the Baltic Sea and to the Fischland-Darss-Zingst peninsula, through an interesting landscape with plenty of opportunities to observe nature.
The two-storey single-family house with a balcony and two terraces provides 160m² of living space, comprising five bedrooms each with beds for two to three guests, an open living room on the upper floor, a generous living and dining room on the ground floor, a fully-equipped kitchen-diner, a shower room and a bathroom with a bath. The ground floor consists of the living room, the kitchen, the first bedroom and the daylight bathroom with a shower cubicle, WC and washbasin. After a day trip, you can relax together in the spacious living room on a large corner sofa and two double armchairs. A large flatscreen TV provides entertainment in the evening. Two dining tables for six and eight people are ideal for enjoying meals together as a dining room. A living room table, a display cabinet and a dresser round off the furnishing. The lower bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and a chair. The ground-floor windows have external blinds. There is a washing machine in a separate room. The kitchen enables convenient and comprehensive self-catering with a stove with a four-zone ceramic hob and oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a coffee machine, toaster kettle and Senseo coffee machine. The kitchen is ideal for having breakfast at its dining space consisting of a corner bench and chairs. The kitchen has a terrace door leading outside. Stairs in the hall lead to the upper floor. Between the upper rooms there is an open living room with a comfortable leather suite comprising a three-seater, a two-seater, an armchair, a coffee table, a dresser and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The other four rooms are bedrooms. One has a double bed, a sofa and a wardrobe, the second has a double bed, a single bed and a wardrobe, the third has a double bed, a divan, a wardrobe, a dresser and a TV. From here you can access a balcony. The fourth bedroom has two single beds that can be joined together and a cot. All the double beds measure 180 x 200cm and have single mattresses. The single beds measure 90 x 200cm, while the sofa beds are suitable for one person. The upper bathroom is fitted with two washbasins, a WC, a bath and two cupboards. Free WiFi and 2 additional refrigerators in the utility room are also available.
Two terraces measuring 40m² and 10m² invite you outdoors. There is comfortable seating for grilling together, then you can spend an unforgettable evening by the campfire. A charcoal grill is available. The fully enclosed site also has a swing with a slide and a table tennis table, providing entertainment especially for young guests There are four private parking spaces on site.
