Located on prestige Honeysuckle Road on the Bonny Hills headland. Shelly Beach is straight across the beach, walk to 4 beaches, outdoor walking tracks straight in front of your door. Large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Kitchen with gas stove, Miele fridge and freezer and seperate bar fridge. Timber floors through out, carpeted bedrooms. Free WIFI, smart TVs.

LAYOUT
All living areas and bedrooms are on the 1st floor, walk up one internal stair case when you enter the house. The open plan living, dining and kitchen open up to the front deck with fabulous views. The outdoor deck has 2 lounge seats and a dining table for 8 people.
Down the hallway are the bedrooms, 3 with Koala beds, main bathroom with shower, bathtub and vanity, seperate toilet, and entrance to the back pool area. The main bedroom has TV, balcony with ocean views, walk-in robe, and large ensuite with walk-in double shower
Downstairs is a hallway, double garage, extra bathroom aka wet room with toilet and shower, as well as an extra hobby room, currently not in use.

Double garage and driveway parking, free street parking. Plenty of space for boats, trailers, vans.
