ポジティブ: This is a very cosy apartment very close to metro station (10min of slow walking, it takes 15min to reach Centrale FS from there), there are multiple grocery shops around and small cafes. The apartment itself was very clean and the main bed was very comfortable. There is a nice view from the balcony, the kitchen mostly has everything required for cooking and eating, we cooked a full dinner. There is even a guitar you can play. :) The bathroom had small gel/shampoo provided and a soap. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend this place. The property manager is very friendly and nice to deal with, we had no issues. The location and price match could not be more perfect!
ネガティブ: Couple of small things: - The bathroom is a little tight esp in the toilet area, but it was clean and everything worked. - We had to buy a sponge for washing our dishes because it wasn't provided. - We had 4 people staying and only one of the beds out of two had a duvet inserted into cover. We had to look around a bit and put it in ourselves. Same with gel/shampoo and espresso coffee pods, it was only for 2 people. - The cuttlery from a wooden cabinet was dirty and visibly old. We washed it and it was fine, but we feel like that cabinet needs to be sorted out.
まとめ: A perfect location and a cosy place with some minor inconveniences
