The laundry includes a top loader washing machine, sink, clothes airer and an outdoor washing line.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home along with space to park up to three cars on the driveway. There is also an abundance of free street parking available, please note there is no garage.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to explore and get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that operate in this area should you need it, the home is approximately a 8 minute walk to Nicklin Way where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore/Mooloolaba (northbound) and Caloundra (southbound).

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
