The Rose Garden Suite at the Kenton Hotel is a boutique hotel room with a queen bed and a full bathroom. Each of the 18 rooms has a private entrance from the exterior and self check-in. Located in the heart of the Historic Kenton neighborhood, we are a locally owned and managed boutique hotel with deep roots in the community. With 18 art-filled and eco-friendly rooms, our newly renovated 1962 Motel features all the elements that make Portland (and Oregon) such a desirable travel destination.

Guest Access:
The Kenton Hotel offers Self Check-in only experience for your convenience.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of the Kenton neighborhood, we are a professionally managed boutique hotel with deep roots in and respect for the community. You'll find many places nearby for your dining pleasure such as Kenton Station Restaurant and Pub, Presso Coffee Bar, and Posies Bakery & Cafe, just to name a few.

Other Things to Note:
House Rule Violations
- A $100 minimum fee will be charged for any violation of house rules.

Smoking Policy
- Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor patio area.
- A $250 fee will be charged if there is evidence of smoking inside guest rooms.

Pet Policy
- Pet Fee: $50 per stay.
- Maximum: 1 dog per stay.
- Only dogs are allowed; other animals, including cats, cannot be accommodated.
- Restricted Dog Breeds: Rottweilers and Pit Bulls are not permitted.
- Please inform us if you plan to bring a dog before your arrival.
- A $100 fine will be charged for pet policy violations.

Key Card Replacement
- A $50 fee will be charged for lost or unreturned room key cards.

Security & Verification
To comply with legal and building security requirements, guests may be asked to:
- Provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID.
- Confirm contact information.
- Provide a valid credit card that matches the name on the ID.
- Complete a verification process, including a possible criminal background check in some instances.
- Pre Check-In Security Deposit - All reservations are subject to a pre-check-in security deposit of up to $100 for incidentals and damage protection.

Additional Policies
- No houseplants or outside foliage in the rooms.
- No outside appliances such as coffee makers, hot plates, or stoves.
- This unit is equipped with a smoke detector and a NoiseAware device.
