Located in Saint-Ferréol, this detached villa is ideal for families on vacation! The enclosed, tree-lined garden invites guests to relax and unwind, play pétanque at the end of the day, or play ball games for the children in complete safety. A large covered terrace borders the house on the south and west sides, perfect for convivial meals sheltered from the sun. Parking is available on the property. A garage in the basement is available for bicycles and motorcycles only. Pets are not allowed. The house is fully air-conditioned. There is a fireplace and a reversible heat pump. Numerous leisure activities are available within a 5km radius: hiking and cycling around Lake Saint-Ferréol and in the Montagne Noire, swimming and water sports on the lake, and visiting Revel, the City of Arts and Crafts, and its remarkable Saturday morning market (4.5km). And a little further afield: Sorèze (7km), the medieval village of Saint-Félix-Lauragais (13.5km), Castelnaudary (18km), Castres (30km), Toulouse (53km), the Cité de Carcassonne (60km), Albi (64km)... Villa Horizon is built on one level. Access is from the lower part of the property, and a few steps lead to the entrance (another level access is available for those with limited mobility). The hall leads to a separate kitchen and the living room, which opens onto the terrace and is bathed in light thanks to its large bay windows.
