The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located large suburban home. It is a breeze to come in with everything here for an easy peaceful stay. Lovely well equipped kitchen, living room, bedrooms and bathroom. Everything is here waiting for you. Conveniently located close to EPIC and the race course and the Inner North of Canberra, it is a popular choice for families, groups here for conventions, and groups of workers.
The home has 4 bedrooms and 1 rumpus/5th bedroom. There is 1 bathroom with bath and shower, and a second toilet.
The kitchen is open plan with the dining room, and adjoins the huge living room.
There is plenty of off-street parking and free street parking.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and there is ducted heating/cooling throughout the home.
There is also a double garage located at the back of the property.

Guests have exclusive use of the property and shared use of the backyard with the downstairs apartment tenants.
We live in Canberra and are available if necessary, but otherwise we are readily available through the Airbnb messaging app
Hackett is a peaceful and relaxed suburb in the north of Canberra. The Hackett shops are a mini hive of activity, with an IGA supermarket, cafe and cool new restaurant '3rd Space'. Drive a little further to Dickson centre, where there is a wide array of restaurants for every taste, as well as a Woolworths supermarket.
Hackett is also nestled between Mount Majura and Mount Ainslie, so enjoy some great bushwalks! The home pretty much backs onto the nature reserve so access is easy.
Getting around Canberra by car is easiest, though the bus routes and bike paths are also widely used by Canberrans. Uber is also an easy choice. The property itself has ample street parking for free, and off-street parking for a few cars. There is also a double car garage.
What we love about this home is the space is affords for each guest. The beds are comfy and there is an 8 seater dining table plus high chair. It is easy to get to all of the north of Canberra and Canberra city.
- Please note that the ground floor is tenanted (separate and self-contained).
- If you are staying on a Thursday night, we may ask you to pull the outdoor bins to the roadside for Friday morning weekly collection.
- There will be a Refundable Security Deposit held ($300). This isn't a double charge, but a security hold. The hold will take place at the time of booking but will appear on your transactions two days before checkout. It is released after checkout.

This is a peaceful neighbourhood. It's a 1st floor large apartment with tenants living on the ground floor....so a couple of basic rules:
1. No parties allowed. ZERO tolerance.
2. Noise curfew of 1030pm. This means no loud music or loud talking/shouting past this time. This is out of respect to the neighbours nearby.
