The apartment is located on the 2nd (and last floor) of the castle. It is composed as follows: - On the main level: a living room with kitchen, living room and lounge, then 1 bedroom (1 bed 160 x 190 divisible into 2 beds 80 x 190), a bathroom and a separate toilet. - Duplex (steep staircase): a mezzanine bedroom under crawling (2 beds 90 x 190). A laundry room with 3 washing machines is available on the 2nd floor (shared with the 5 other apartments). Outside, several spaces with garden furniture and barbecues are arranged in the park, you will also have a small covered space with sinks. The estate hosts 5 other apartments in the castle, a cottage, a cabin and the owners' house. All facilities (playground, swimming pool...) and parking are shared. The estate is located at the edge of the train line, but the park and the garden are on the other side. This magnificent estate was the holiday resort of the Countess of Ségur who inspired her most beautiful novels! Here, the change of scenery is guaranteed: the park of the castle is very vast and very rich: outbuildings, a wood, a meadow where the deer come to stroll, in an exceptional panorama with private pedestrian access to access the Auray river and the viaduct.
