This newly renovated, 3 Bedroom 1 Bathroom home is located just minutes away from both the sandy beaches and downtown areas of Gulfport and Saint Petersburg. Also located directly across the street from Twin Brooks Golf Course. The location couldn't be any better! Spend your day wandering the beach, shopping at any of the local hip shops, indulging in one of the many dining options or have a drink and watch the sunset. Completely redone with all new fixtures, cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a large backyard for lounging or pet playing. There is on-street parking as well as a one car front driveway area. Location is 10-15 minutes from St. Pete Beach and downtown St. Pete; 1.5 miles to Gulfport beach; and across the street from Twin Brooks Golf Course. There is a smart doorbell and back facing camera for security purposes. No smoking allowed. Strict house person limit. No parties. Pet(s) allowed with additional fee.
