The home is located in the heart of it next door to the famous AZ Biltmore Resort and Golf course where you can experience top class restaurants and golfing in the desert. Walking distance to the home you will find many restaurants, bars, coffee shops and shopping.
Located right off highway 51, the home is very well located to quickly explore the entire valley. It'll take less than 15 minutes to get to the home from the airport.

Once settled in, walking distance you have multiple coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. The Biltmore is less than 1 mile away for a premier golf experience and you can quickly jump on the highway and explore the valley and its many sights and attractions.
The home is modern and highly automated with a large focus on green energy. solar panels on the roof will power most of your energy usage. tankless water heaters and various water saving technologies will give you peace of mind that you are doing your part to respect the AZ desert while conserving water and energy. Please note that due to a fully tankless design, hot water may take up to a minute to come out of the faucets upon first use.
The property is flood irrigated which happens once a month and twice a month in the summer. this is common in central phoenix as these were once citrus orchard neighborhoods. you will be notified when the yard will be irrigated. usually it happens in the middle of the night.
