This luxurious 5-bedroom grand home offers an unrivaled blend of sophistication, comfort and beauty. The expansive living areas are perfect for relaxation and entertainment. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances. Bedrooms are spacious, there is a study nook, 4 bathrooms, laundry and a backyard with outdoor dining. Decked out with A/C and heating, carpet in bedrooms and hard floor in living areas, and double garage for convenience.
Set in a suburban haven, this house has a thoughtfully laid out footprint.
Upstairs is Bedroom 1 (King bed & ensuite), Bedroom 2 (Queen bed) & Bedroom 3 (Queen bed). There is also a study nook and main bathroom.
Downstairs consists of all the primary living spaces - open plan kitchen, dining and living area plus a separate from rumpus room. There is also the family wing: Bedroom 4 (Queen bed & ensuite) & Bedroom 5 (2 Single beds). Bedroom 5 is a walk-through room and you'll need to walk through it to get to Bedroom 4. But you can separate the whole wing from the rest of the house by closing off the door. Downstairs also has the 4th bathroom, laundry, double garage and access to backyard.
Guests have exclusive access to the whole property.
