The home has 5 spacious bedrooms, one very large with a very spacious ensuite, guest bathroom and 2 separate toilets, wifi, ducted air conditioning, laundry with washing machine and dryer, security camera's on front and rear entrances, and off street parking for 2 cars. It's a very quiet street nestled in behind the Alex Beach Resort but close to all the beach action, skate park, picnic and BBQ areas, and coastal walks to Cotton Tree and Mooloolaba Esplanade. Alex Beach surf club is favourite for locals as well as a number of nearby restaurants. Just minutes drive to the Sunshine Plaza, cinema’s etc. and public transport is also available to take you to cinemas, shopping centres, and only 15 mins drive to airport.
