We propose you to rent, on the commune of Terraube, this charming mansion of the 18th century, renovated with the greatest standards of the hotels 5 stars, under the sign of the art and the design, air-conditioned (reversible air-conditioning) with swimming pool and jacuzzi, of a surface of 600 m ² and being able to accomodate until 14 travelers. A paradise for lovers of modern comfort and tranquility. It is composed of a beautiful living room of 67 m², a small lounge, a kitchen equipped for gourmet cooks, a bistro room, six beautiful bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a beautiful courtyard and terrace. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you to enjoy this rare pearl in Gascony!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
Ground floor:
- A bistro room with dining area that opens to the pool, a new generation giant screen.
- A fully equipped chef's kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, 7-burner smeg stove, two refrigerators, freezer, espresso machine, deep fryer, two wine cellars, one with bottles available for purchase (one temperate and one double temperate)...
- A small living room with a custom made fireplace. Built in the manner of an Argentine asado, to cook indoors all year round, grills in vertical and horizontal position, with integrated worktops and electric spit.
- A large adjoining living room with its table and chairs purchased directly from the Carlton Hotel in Cannes, can accommodate dinners in groups of 6 and also allows long moments of conversation curled up in its sofas or unforgettable moments of laughter around the pool table.
- A separate toilet.
Second floor, accessible by elevator (the rooms are all equipped according to the same standards as the 5 star hotels of the French Riviera and are named in honor of 6 of the greatest actresses who have already climbed the steps of Cannes):

- A small living room with TV and two single sofas suitable for children, on the Brigitte Bardot suite level adjoining one of the bedrooms.
All rooms are equipped with padded and soundproofed doors, a safe, mini-bar, TV, air conditioning, bathrobes, slippers, Gallimard welcome products, kettle tray with Nespresso...
Exterior:
- An interior courtyard without any opposite with swimming pool (private, heated) open all year long of 11 m by 5.5m. A summer kitchen equipped with plancha and barbecue, comfortable wrought iron sunbeds with footrests, tables, chairs and parasols for summer meals.
- A terrace on the first floor with a heated jacuzzi, available all year round, that can accommodate 6 guests. The perfect place to enjoy a vintage champagne from the owners' cellar, while watching the sun set over the ramparts, lulled by music distilled through the jacuzzi's wifi speakers.
For even more comfort : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, two cots, plancha, dryer, ironing board and iron.
La Maison Toscane is ideally located between some of the most beautiful villages and towns of the Gers: Lectoure, Condom, La Romieu, Marsolan... It is itself nestled in the heart of a peaceful little village where a few stone houses, a castle and a restaurant rub shoulders. The nearest shops are located between 6 and 10 km from the accommodation.

From the house, you will enjoy going each summer to the Jazz in Marciac festival or to the Tempo Latino.
