This is a cozy traditional house in Osaka, only 9 minutes walk away from the nearest station, Suminoe Sta. It takes 11 minutes to Namba by train, so it is very easy to go around the major spots in Osaka. From the Kansai Airport to Suminoe Sta. is only 34 minutes. From Suminoe to Universal Studio Japan is 31 min to Kyoto: 1 hour 6 min.

This house is located in a quiet suburb, so you can get relaxed after you come back from the exciting central city of Osaka. There are a living room, 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom and a restroom. You will have plenty of space to relax during your stay.

Self check-in:
You can check in any time you would like. When your reservation is completed, we will let you know how to get into the house.
- The property manager is living in the next door (a separate house). If you arrive anytime after 8 PM, she will hand you the key on the spot.
- If you arrive before 8 PM, we will let you know the location and password of keybox installed at the gate of property. So, you don't need to stop by any other place to pick up the key. You can come from the airport to the property. In this case, the property manager will come over to the property at 8 PM (or after 8 PM) of your arrival day to greet you and confirm your identity.
- You can ask her questions about the neighborhood -- good restaurants, activities, historical sites, etc. She is very friendly and knowledgeable to give you advice and recommendation to have a fun in Osaka.
Other things to note
1. Smoking and Electronic cigarette in my property (rooms, balcony or building entrance) are prohibited.
2. Party or loud music are prohibited.
3. DO NOT INVITE ANY GUEST WITHOUT LEGITIMATE RESERVATION. IF YOU INVITE WHO DOES NOT HAVE RESERVATION, PENALTY FEE WILL BE CHARGED.
4. Pets are not allowed in the room.
5. We will ask for your information before you arrive, so please let us know through the link we will send after you book! (name, address, occupations, gender, birthday, age, nationalities, the place you were in before you come here, the next destination, and your passport number.)
6. TV is set at home, but it currently does not work because of no TV antenna.
