You will have access to the main floor, upper floor, patio, and backyard.
Both floors, 2100 square feet of living space, include 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, dining area, living area, full kitchen. Also included In-house washer and dryer, air conditioning and a fireplace for your convenience.
This home was completed in 2019 and furnished with new furniture. It has everything you need to have the perfect comfortable stay.
On the main floor you will find an open concept for the living room, dining room and kitchen. It also includes a bathroom and the 4th bedroom.
In the living room enjoy a 72" Samsung Smart TV . Whether you are streaming or simply wanting to put some tunes on- enjoy it with family and friends on the cozy couch along with the built-in fireplace.
In the open concept living space is a dining table which seats 8, plenty of room for the entire family or group of friends to gather.
If you’re wanting to sit outside and enjoy Vancouver’s beautiful weather, feel free to sit, dine and drink on the patio.
The large gourmet kitchen is stocked with your basic needs. Cook a gourmet meal for your family with the beautiful stainless-steel appliances.
Located on the upper floor, is the master bedroom with its own full bathroom and large walk-in closet. Within the walk-in closet you will find an iron/ironing board.
On the same floor you find 2 additional bedrooms and a main full bathroom.
Enjoy high speed WIFI throughout the home.
This space is great for long-term and short-term stays any time of the year.
You will have access to the entire home except the basement. Family of 5 lives in the basement suite. They will have no access to the remainder of the home and vice versa.

A vehicle is highly recommended in this city. Burnaby is just a short commute away from other major cities in the area, including Vancouver, the city of Surrey, and the Richmond community.

There is free parking available on the street right in front of the house.
Closest Bus Stop is a 6 minute walk away.
