The space
As you arrive at this luxury 5 bedroom home, walk through a covered corridor and out on to one of two bridges that cross the pool into the home.
Open the door to a bright, open plan living area with a designer kitchen, sunken living room, spacious decks and outdoor entertaining area, perfect year round. Full of natural light. Fold back the two sets of bifold glass doors either side of the house to create uninterrupted views from the back deck, through the house, all the way to the front deck and beyond.
Enjoy the large covered entertaining area with dining table, outdoor lounge and BBQ out the back, and another deck with sun loungers and a fire pit out the front.

Bedrooms 2-5 have queen beds, whilst the master bedroom has a king bed and floor to ceiling corner window, allowing you to enjoy the pool and hinterland views from the comfort of your bed. At night, lie in bed and star gaze through the panoramic glass window of the master bedroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are connected by the spacious rumpus room which also has a 65" wall mounted TV.

Pool
Dive into this resort-style, modern 20-metre lap pool and let the waterfall feature cascade over your back. This lengthy and bright blue pool is by the outdoor entertaining area and has both full sun and shaded areas all day long. Swim to the end of the pool and look out to the sprawling views of the spectacular Byron Bay Hinterland. Both kids and adults will enjoy floating under the two bridges! Keep an eye on the kids easily, as the kitchen and outdoor areas are right next to the pool. There are 3 separate self-closing gates around the pool for easy entrance and exits, and of course glass fencing ensures safety for all ages.
