A large and newly renovated one bedroom studio in a central location. Studio 16 has everything you need for a short stay. The studio has a separate entrance through the private garden and it's own off road parking space.
The garden is the perfect little oasis where you can relax with sun loungers and large picnic table. A BBQ is supplied if you want to dine outside too while watching the sunset.
The studio is light and warm with all the comforts of home. The seperate bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed and quality linen. The lounge and dining area is spacious with a comfortable couch and fold out bed. Large ranch sliders open out to the garden.
Studio 16 is near the main bus route. From here you can visit most of the popular vineyards and beaches on the island. There are also several beaches, restaurants and cafes within walking distance too.
Waiheke is the perfect location for everyone. With great vineyards, restaurants, beautiful beaches, bush and coastal walks.
