Step into this newly renovated charming A-frame Chalet and Bungalow nestled in the beautiful Prescott Highland Pines. The views are absolutely stunning even while driving to our chalet and the sunsets will definitely make you want to stop and relish the moment.
Our family has enjoyed the chalet so much that we wanted more families to be able to experience the magic and serenity we feel when we are there. We have put our all into every detail to ensure that all of our guests have a 5 star experience in our home away from home.
Enjoy with your friends/family the spacious wrap around balcony with views of the beautiful pines and friendly wildlife that come to greet us daily. It is truly magical watching the deer forage on our property. Experience the sounds of the forest from our flowing creek to the many wild birds singing their songs, including the beautiful hummingbirds that come to eat from our feeders. Sit back and relax inside by the fireplace or enjoy some s’mores by the fire pit under a blanket of stars.
Children will also have hours of fun enjoying the trampoline, see-saw, and explore our very own custom fort/play area that hosts a cubby house with cots and toys, climbing walls, big slide, zip-line, monkey bars, swings and a fire pole. Parents can enjoy time with the kids or sit back and watch from our beautiful balcony. There is so much to do in Prescott such as hikes, trails, motorcycling adventures, horse back riding, mountain biking, camping, fishing, and various water activities in the nearby lakes.
Make your way to charming historic downtown Prescott, only 20 minutes away, where you will find restaurants, shops, galleries and special events! Exciting day trips can be made from Prescott to many places such as the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Historic Jerome, the Painted Desert and so much more . So don’t miss an amazing opportunity to fall in love with Prescott as so many have.
The A-Frame Chalet has 3 BR / 1 BA, 1 BR being a charming loft. The main bedroom holds a king size bed with its own closet and flat screen TV. The Downstairs bedroom holds 2 twin beds, closet and a door leading outside (there is a child lock on the door for safety). The upstairs loft with its incredible views holds a queen bed, a sitting area and a small office desk. The home features a large kitchen and Island that is fully equipped with all essential necessities and is ideal for hosting. There is also a full sized laundry and pantry for your use. The living room has a fireplace and is a relaxing space that showcases the beauty of the A-Frame with a wall of glass that creates the sensation of floating amongst the trees.
The separate Bungalow is a 1 br / 1ba cozy space that has everything needed for some much needed R&R. The bungalow showcases an open floor plan which has a king size bed, large flat screen TV, sitting area, dinette, kitchen with a coffee station, large walk-in closet and a beautiful double vanity bathroom.

Guest Access
This is a complete home and bungalow on its own 1.5 acre land with NO homeowner on-premise to disturb you or your privacy. NO shared yard, patios or other areas! The entire home and bungalow are for you and your guests to enjoy! Guest will have access to entire property.
Other things to note
You are a reserving a luxury vacation rental with the primary goal for our guests is to have a 5 star experience. A few days prior to your arrival you will receive the address to the Chalet, check-in and check-out instructions, door entry codes, Wi-Fi codes, house and property information as well as local suggestions of things to experience.
Please respect the neighbors and clean up after yourselves.
GUESTS are emailed codes to access, driving directions and information regarding the property.
**NO PETS ALLOWED**
This is a SMOKE FREE interior environment. Please do not smoke in cabin, there will be a $200 cleaning fee applied if the smell of smoke is in the home. Outside, if you choose to smoke, please dispose of the cigarette butts appropriately. Keep in mind you are in the Arizona forest and fires can be started if you you do not dispose of the cigarettes properly.
Supplies
Groceries and supplies are available within 7-10 miles, but we suggest guest bring what they may need for immediate use so they can stay and relax on the property for their first meals, if so desired. You may also use delivery services such as Instacart for any immediate necessities.
Fires
We do not allow any wood burning fires on our property as Prescott can be very dry at certain times of the year making the chances of forest fires higher but you may use our gas fire pit at anytime.

Weather
Prescott remains about 10 to 15 degrees cooler than Phoenix and 10 to 15 degrees warmer than Flagstaff. It’s the perfect mild, four-season community. If you would like to know of the upcoming forecast please feel free to ask I would be happy to provide you with details.
