You will be asked to sign our standard rental agreement with a breakdown of fees. The rental contract is a standard agreement that all guests are required to sign. A 3% processing fee is required for all confirmed reservations as well as a refundable security deposit of $500.00. .
Condominium fee: There is a one-time charge of $110 for the application fee.
After the booking confirmation, we will send you a Contract and the Condominium Registration Form through e-mail and we need you to send it back with a copy of your picture ID or passport. This is done in order to comply with condominium rental policies.
