The Space:
Our stunning property in Schnapper Rock is perfectly suited for both business or pleasure travellers, and is equipped with all the necessities you may need! This home will be a great choice for your stay with a fully-stocked kitchen, swimming pool, Smart TV, and luxurious styling at its finest.
We provide our guests with free unlimited WIFI, towels and bed linen, as well as a welcome pack of starter amenities, and we use a high quality cleaning company so the house will be perfect for your arrival.
We have all the amenities and facilities you will need to make your stay in Auckland as comfortable as possible:

Two of the four bedrooms in the property have a king bed, one bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has twin king single beds.
The main room of the house has a fully functional kitchen with oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The living area has a sofa, three smart TVs, and a dining table with six chairs. There is also a beautiful deck with swimming pool, and a great view of the park and nearby walkways next to the waterfront.
There is a washing machine and dryer in the laundry area as well.

Guests have access to the entire property, including the swimming pool and garage.
The Neighborhood:
Schnapper Rock is a quiet suburb on Auckland's North Shore. You will be within a short drive away form the best beaches in Auckland, and some of the best dining locations as well.
Here are some other suggestions on what you can do in Auckland City as well during your stay here.
The Viaduct - the best bars and restaurants in the city! The New Zealand Maritime Museum is here, as well as Silo Park where you can watch outdoor films for free in the evening. You can also catch ferries from here to the amazing islands in the Hauraki Gulf like Waiheke, Tiritiri Matangi, and Rangitoto, as well as go on a whale and dolphin safari.
Federal Street - next to the Sky Tower (you can't miss it!) There are a lot of really nice bars and restaurants and cafes in this street, as well as the Sky City Casino and of course the Sky Tower. Dine at the top of tower at restaurant with the best views in Auckland, and jump off the Sky Walk to get down
Aotea Square - Auckland's cultural centre. Surrounding the square you'll find the Town Hall, Aotea Centre, Event cinemas, and two theatres (The Civic and the Q). The square itself is a nice place to people watch and sip some coffee. An ice-rink is the main attraction here during winter.
Albert Park, Art Gallery and the Museum - Albert Park is a lovely place where you can chill and read, and the Auckland art gallery is next door on Wellesley Street. If you keep walking up Wellesley Street, past Auckland University, and across Grafton Road, you will eventually find Auckland Domain which is the biggest park in Auckland and has the Auckland War Memorial Museum, as well as an amazing botanical garden.
Ponsonby – If you head West of the CBD, you will find the Ponsonby area. There is old colonial-style architecture there, many great stores for shopping, restaurants, bars, and cafes. Some of the best restaurants in Auckland are here, especially great for fine dining as this is an up-market area of Auckland.
Apart from these mini adventures, Queen Street (main street the city) is filled with shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, live music venues, and more! Make sure you explore High Street as well, which lies just parallel to Queen Street. That whole area is very nice to walk, relax, or dine out in, and tends to be a bit cheaper than Queen Street if you want to do some shopping.

It's best to drive or get an Uber.

Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.
Pre Check-in building requirements: Before check-in, we will require a separate form to be completed with the ID provided for the main guest. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. Please inquire before booking if you have any questions.
Parking: There are two secure carparks in the garage.
Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.
Luggage Storage: We cannot offer luggage storage inside the property but we can recommend The Luggage Hotel on Princes Wharf (Auckland CBD).
Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 8 x tea/coffee, 4 x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.
Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.
Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.
This is a professionally managed property so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced property.
Interaction with Guests:
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.
