Welcome to our Pismo/Shell Beach condo! (30 day rental minimum) The condo is a perfect central coast getaway. It has a large bedroom with a king size bed and full bath. There is an additional half bath. The living room has a pull out couch to accommodate sleeping for two more people. There is a desk in a little nook area where you may put a computer to work from home and use the free wifi. The condo has a full kitchen with everything you might need to cook and eat. Towels and soap are provided in both bathrooms. A washer and dryer are provided. The condo is small pet friendly, but a deposit of $225 is required per stay. There is ample free parking right behind the condo and a single car garage. According to Pismo Beach ordinance, a minimum 30 day stay is required.
This is a down stairs condo with two flights of stairs to access living area.
The beach is less than a five minute drive away. Lounge at the beach and then try some of the excellent restaurants in Pismo Beach and Shell Beach. If you are adventurous, spend the day biking around the area or kayaking in the ocean. There are bike and kayak rentals in Shell Beach. A half mile away are hiking trails that venture up into the mountains behind the condo. You may also enjoy the ocean view while sitting on the patio. There is access to tennis and basketball courts, pool and spa on the premises. Avila Beach is 10 minutes away and San Luis Obispo is a 15 minute drive. Avila Beach has a great beach, shopping, and dining. San Luis Obispo is a university town and has the old mission to explore as well as shopping and restaurants. It is about a 45 minute drive to the Danish Village of Solvang.
