This sandstone barn conversion sits in a secluded spot in Cumbria by the river Eamont. It is approached down a farm track, half a mile from the nearest house and five miles from Penrith and Junction 40 off the M6.
This self catering holiday home offers stunning views of the Pennines and the river from the house and garden.
A perfect outdoor and fishing break, there are beautiful walks along the river bank, which is teeming with wildlife and a wealth of public footpaths throughout the estate. Excellent brown trout fishing is available along the four-mile stretch of the Eamont, which can be booked through the property owner.
