Enjoy the privacy of the woods and the convenience of a 3 minute walk or 1 minute ride to the private, shared dock. Rental includes access to one covered boat slip, with electricity, on new dock with swim up bench. It is located in a bay that is perfect for fishing, swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. Rental also includes access to an indoor bathroom just off the dock for convenience. Neighborhood roads are privately maintained and great for walks or golf cart rides to get closer to nature. Tugaloo State Park is less than 2 miles from our property and has numerous trails for serious hikers. Kayaks, paddle boards and a golf cart provided by owner. Pontoon boats available to rent at nearby marina.
