UPDATE INFORMATION: Fishing pier and boat access should be repaired and available early April 2023!!
NEWLY constructed 4 bedroom/4 bathroom rental located right on Caminada Pass before you cross the Grand Isle bridge. Open living/dining/kitchen floor plan perfect for family gatherings, corporate bookings and fishing enthusiast. Covered deck for sitting and relaxing. Beautiful view of Caminada Pass, Grand Isle and the bay.
There is a shared boat launch right next to this rental. Please do not block the boat launch or any of the neighboring properties. Water depth depends on tidal range, basically you are looking at 0.5-1 ft at high tide and 2-2.5 ft at low tide at the dock. Please note we do not have control over the actual water depth at the time of your stay. At this time there is no boat access or boat mooring due to debris in the water. Fishing on the property should be done within the boundaries of it's property and not on neighbors property. You are not allowed to fish, throw a cast net or trespass on the property across the street from the camp.

BBQ pit, boiling pot, burner and propane bottle provided....renter may have to fill propane. Bridge Side marina can fill the propane bottle.
As you know Hurricane Ida (August 2021) did tremendous damage to Grand Isle and most of the camps. It continues to be a steady rebuild process. The owners of our camps have taken great measures to provide a rental for you. It was not an easy task or road to get this done. Please be patient and understanding if the camp you book does not have all of the siding up, has not been painted yet, or not all of the repairs are complete yet. A lot of owners are still trying to get material and workers to finish their camp repairs and some have paid for the repairs before insurance has paid them anything. The island itself is working diligently to fully complete all of the repairs to the island itself. Despite all of this, we welcome back our visitors and guests to enjoy this little piece of paradise. Thank you for your understanding.
