We encourage boating. Here's what you need to know in order to do so safely:
- Private dock can accommodate boats up to 50’ in length. Maximum one boat per dock.

The gated community is less than one mile from Key West and all of its famous attractions. Key Haven is a family style neighborhood, there is a local park walking distance from the unit to spend time with your family and friend. Nearby you can enjoy dinner at locals favorites Hogfish Grill, Roostica or Chicos Cantina. Take a trip to Hurricane Hole for happy hour and catch a kayak tour from Lazy Dog ! Or rent a boat for the day out of Stock Rock Café at Cow Key Marina and embrace island time!
Getting Around:
Travel by car, boat, or plane to Springtide House, The driveway allows parking for up to 4 vehicles and your boat trailer.
If you didn’t travel by water, you can also drop your boat at one of the public boat ramps in Key Haven or Stock Island.
Rent a golf cart, scooter or bikes for the day to enjoy the area. Feel free to ask us for recommendations!
