ParkPoint Retreat accommodation is styled on a rustic Waiheke feel. The interior decorating blends the warmth of natural slabs of macrocarpa timber, with sleek stylish Italian tiles and stone kitchen benches.
The rustic main house provides a master bedroom with King bed and 2nd bedroom with 2 King Single beds, large lounge, gas fire and small modern kitchen. There are also two separate individual Chalets with king beds set upon 6acres of beautiful olive grove, large flat lawn and native bush, boasting spectacular views across Motohe Island back to Auck City. The property delivers absolute peace and privacy while enjoying all day sun and magnificent sunsets down the property across Motohe Island and back to Sky City tower.
There’s a 15m heated swimming pool to relax around during the days.
The chalets are perfect for romantic getaways – open up the two walls of bi fold windows, and create the ideal indoor-outdoor floor to sun warmed decks and spacious lawn. Lie in bed and let the pukekos and wood pigeons entertain you.
There’s a full kitchen in the main house and functional kitchenettes in the separate smaller chalets. Remember you are on holiday, so get out and taste the spectacular gourmet treats the island has to offer. Mudbrick and Cable Bay restaurants are two of the finest restaurants in NZ and are only a short walk from the property.
There are 2 safe swimming beaches within 200 - 300m walk from the property. For the adventurous, there is a beautiful coastal walk that loops from the property around the end of ParkPoint peninsular.
