This newly decorated spacious first-floor flat (with a lift) is located within the vibrant area of Leith. If you're looking for a property with everything you need for a comfortable stay with stunning views , look no further!
The property is modern and freshly decorated throughout. It boasts a hallway entrance, three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fitted kitchen, and an open living and dining area.
Bedrooms and beds layout:

The first and second bedroom have a king bed, the third bedroom 2 single beds and the property offers 2 spare children's single beds
All the beds in the property are fitted with high hotel-quality linens, with a hand and bath towel provided for each guest.
The large main bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath, sink, and WC. There is second bathroom that is ensuite with a walk in shower, sink, and toilet, perfect for more privacy!
Living and dining room area:
The L- shaped sofa is extremely comfortable, perfect for nights in!
There is a spacious wooden table with chairs, ideal for meals or laptop space.
There is also large windows where you can enjoy a lovely cup of coffee while watching the sunrise or sunset with a glass of wine!
Kitchen and nook area:
The sleek modern kitchen has all cookware, crockery, cutlery & kitchen utensils needed during your stay, including an oven, electric hob, fridge freezer, and dishwasher.

* Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
* Please note there will be a fee for lost keys, £100 and £50 if you find yourself locked out. Get in contact with us asap and we'll get you back in the property as quickly as we can.
* We love our neighbours so please respect the building and be considerate when it comes to noise levels.
* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
*Free parking available - one parking space available in the car park, but it is not an allocated space.
