Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. My stylish comfortable house is in a desirable area of Notting Hill and a perfect base when visiting London. It is conveniently located in this exciting area of Notting Hill in Kensington and with good transport links to all the major sights. Perfect base for every traveller - separate living room, spacious kitchen with dining area, 4 bedrooms with double sized beds, 2 bathrooms plus a garden and exterior gym.

Other things to note
* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
* Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them.
* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
