The appliances include: a TV set, wireless internet, an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, range hood, 4-slot toaster, kettle (all electric), refrigerator, dishwasher and, all cutlery items, plates/cups and cooking pots. All appliances are brand new. The wood burner (again new) with plenty of wood for burning. The hot water cylinder is massive capacity with plenty of water for a hot shower. A toilet /bathroom combo, a separate toilet and one large bathroom add to the comfort of guests. Other amenities include bedding, bath towels and soap. The property comes with a pantry including a supply of tea/coffee, sugar and a selection of spices. A charcoal BBQ can be provided if needed to be well cleaned after use.
