This conveniently located studio apartment is just 30 minutes northeast of Seattle in the coveted The Villas at Beardslee community. Onsite you will find many upscale amenities including an outdoor lounge and dining area, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a coworking station, to name just a few. Also onsite are restaurants, coffee shops, and retail boutiques. For nature lovers, the Burke Gilman trail is just steps away.
THINGS TO KNOW
• Please note that this unit does not have cable TV; there is a SmartTV and internet only.
• If you are requesting an extension within 24 hours of your scheduled move-out date and/or are still present past 11am, you will be charged a $150 fee, plus the cost of another night. This covers the cost of rescheduling our cleaners and quality assurance inspectors.
• We provide hand soap and a variety of cleaning supplies, but no longer provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
• Guests must pass a building-required background check. We will offer a full refund if the reservation needs to be canceled due to the results of this check.
• 1 indoor garage space is available, $200.00/month, per spot. REACH OUT TO HOST for details.
• In the event that you plan to bring your furry friend(s), please note that we charge a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $500 for your first pet and $250 per additional pet and have a limit of 2 pets max. See our host profile for breed restrictions.
