313 Fourth Ave right in the heart of West Cape May. 6 bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths, out side shower, gas bbq grill, pool, plenty of room for a group or the whole family to relax. Park your car and grab your bike, you are near shops, the beach, and the bird sanctuary.
Once booked, we will ask for your email address to send your lease, and info about the property and the check-in process.

CHECK IN/OUT
Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Keys will be picked up from the 24 hour kiosk set up outside of our office; Century 21 Gilmartin & Company.
We can NOT offer late departures or early check-ins. We need to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay. FRIDAY to FRIDAY rental June through August

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
Maximum capacity of 16 people. There are 6 bedrooms.
First floor master en suite with queen bed.
Second floor has master bedroom en suites with king bed. Another en suite with king sized bed. Two more bedrooms, one king and one queen with a shared Jack and Jill bath. Third floor has a family room with kitchenette and additional bedroom with two full sized day beds and two single trundles.
ENTERTAINMENT
Living room, as well as all bed rooms have TV's with Fire stick or smart features. Log into your paid services and don't forget to log out when you leave!
BEACH
There are two public beach areas nearby; Cape May City and Cape May Point. Both require tags. This rental provides 10 beach tags. If lost there is a $40 replacement fee. Additional Daily/weekly tags can be purchased with cash at any of the beach entrances.
POOL/LAWN
Service comes weekly to clean/treat . Skimmer is available for guests to use as they need. Please observe the pool rules. Law service may arrive during your stay.

まとめ: Overall the house was lovely, well decorated and cleaned. The pool was the main issue. When we got there the heater and filter were not on. We had booked a house that was bigger than what we needed just to have the pool due to my mom preferring a pool over the beach. I let the realtor know that the heater was not working and she offered that we could leave our first day for a full reimbursement or receive a small reimbursement every day that they could not get someone over to fix it. They did send someone over that day and I got a text saying that it was fixed and the heater should run for 2 hours to heat the pool to the desired temperature. My mom was at the pool and let me know 10 minutes later that it had shut off again and was not running. At this point I guess I should have reached back out to the realtor but our vacation was a short stay (2 full days) and I did not want to be spending all my time dealing with their problem which should have been taken care of prior to our arrival. Also the filter was not running the entire time and the water was dirty and cloudy. They did send someone over in the morning of our first day to clean and he turned the filter on but it stopped running through the day. I was not able to get a reimbursement from due to them telling me that I should have had someone come back over on our 2nd day and that the pool heater and filter not working was in our rental agreement.
