Phoenix House is a lovely 2-bedroom Terrace house located on the Luton & Dunstable border and close to the local Teaching NHS Hospital, dental practice, GP surgery, Amazon, shops, M1 junctions 11 & 11A as well as other local attractions like Whipsnade Zoo. It is also about 13 minutes’ drive from the London Luton Airport that serves as a gateway to many European destinations.
The Space
Phoenix house comes with onsite drive parking for 2 cars and is within walking distance to the Luton and Dunstable NHS Teaching Hospital. The house is beautifully decorated and comes complete with a modern kitchen with high-end appliances.
The cosy living area off the hallway comes with a sofa, 55" SMART TV with Netflix account for guests, board games, floor lamp and a dining area.
The Kitchen is well equipped with a Fridge Freezer, an electric hob, integrated oven, Microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and for your convenience tea, coffee and sugar. For laundry, there is a washing machine, a tumble dryer as well as iron and ironing board.
There are two decent size bedrooms with one bedroom set up with a double bed whilst the 2nd bedroom is set up with 2 single beds that can be made into a double bed to offer maximum flexibility to our guests. Each room has bedside tables, wardrobes and the beds are dressed in high quality white linens. White bath towels are also provided for your convenience.
The drive offers parking for 2 cars whilst the beautiful decent size garden offers great space to relax.
The bathroom is modern, clean and comes with a bathtub with overhead shower
Phoenix House has a SMART entry lock system with keypad. Guests will key in the codes given to them to enter the lovely property.
