For your convenience, we also provide free cable, wireless Internet, There is a washer and dryer available for you to use. Linens and towels are provided for your use.
The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook a meal. Crock pot, blender :0), Coffee maker that can make 10 cups or a K-cup.
The owners this home on weekends that it is not booked, I will have 1 paper towel rolls, napkins & 2 TP per bathroom for your use. Plenty of spices in cabinet along with salt and pepper.
Floating dock is only rated for 1 boat. No double mooring. 8 person limit is strictly adhered to because is house on septic tank (that count includes children). Room for 4 vehicles to park in driveway or 2 cars and 1 truck/trailer. No parking in grass or street side.
This large waterfront home is located on a deep canal with direct Gulf access. There is a floating dock, fresh water to rinse your boat. The back yard features a in-ground screened in pool. (Pool has heater and can be turned on for $25 for each day, or $100 for the week of stay.) pool heater is for use during October-April months only. The back yard is fence, but not on the canal side. The screened in private patio has a propane BBQ grill and ample seating. The property is approximately 20 minutes from King’s Bay and 20 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico by boat.
Crystal River has activities for the whole family, Biking , Hiking, fishing, Kayaking. Wildlife viewing.
There are 2 Kayaks and 2 bicycles for your use.
Crystal River offers has one of the best scalloping in Florida.
During the summer. You can catch freshwater bass and trap blue crabs off the dock, or look for manatees and dolphins. Offshore, there is terrific shallow and deep-water grouper fishing.
Within a short drive, there is a mall with a multiplex movie theater, restaurants and shopping in historic downtown Crystal River, kayaking, Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park, walking and bike trails, scuba diving, and swimming with the manatees. The house is only a short walk from the Crystal River Archaeological Museum and surrounded by the Crystal River State Park Buffer Reserve. Plan a day trip to any of the nine state parks within 50 miles or work on your back swing at one of the 12 nearby golf courses. You will make memories to last a lifetime here!
