The space
This 3-bedroom home has been renovated, and everything is new. The house, kitchen, and grill area have all the amenities needed to live and have fun. Enjoy your private pool or dock on the water while having your beverage of choice. Sunsets are spectacular on the canal with no obstructed view to the West. The large deep-water channel is home to Manatees (Sea Cows) and often can be spotted just a few feet from your private dock. The neighborhood has miles of sidewalks to exercise. You will see many neighbors walking, jogging, bike riding, rollerblading, skateboarding, etcetera. If miles of continuous trail are needed, the following are all easily accessible and close to the home. The Suncoast Trail is 42 miles from start to finish. The Upper Tampa Bay Trail is 15 miles in length. The Pinellas Trail is 50 miles in length. Also, Bayshore Boulevard is awesome. It is the longest continuous sidewalk in the U.S providing breathtaking scenic views while paralleling Tampa Bay. The two boat lift/s can accommodate a large boat or jet skis.
