Welcome to a newly redone mid-century modern property including a heated salt water pool and hot tub. The super clean and bright interior includes all amenities you’ll need to feel right at home: fully stocked kitchen with spices, complete laundry and beautiful bath products. The beds are all new with high quality sheets and pillows. The exterior awaits you to explore the vast private grounds that includes a wide variety of tropical plants and trees all meticulously maintained. Large yard!
The space
The complete privacy of this property is wonderful. Zero view of any neighbors, peace and quiet relaxation at its finest. The outdoors is simply an extension of the indoors, you may even want to take a nap or read a book in the zen like outdoor daybed area. Warning: You may find yourself skipping the beach day! Outdoor TV poolside as well, turn the TV and watch your fav game or show while hanging in the pool. The bunk beds are double size beds and there is a single pull out trundle beneath for a child if necessary. Coffee K-cups, tea supplies with Keurig. Body soap bars and shampoo/conditioner supplied but if you like your own make sure to bring. Bug spray and limited sunscreen is availabe, lately my yard has been bug free except for the pesky mosquitoes after a rainfall. I can spray the yard for your stay if you'd like to limit mosquitoes. Come see and be amazed, if you travel here often or even once a year you'll probably want to return.

Other things to note
The home is mostly smart with a individual private code at front door for each guest. The NEST thermostat will keep as you comfortable as you’d like. Sonos sound is available indoors and on the patio, just download the Sonos app to have access to your favorite music or just ask Alexa to play what you want. New Samsung Frame TV with various applications to sign in to or just use YouTube TV. 4 TVs throughout. Sonos Bluetooth speaker available for the beach or poolside if you prefer. Bags of ice always available for either beach or just extra ice to enjoy your beverages poolside. Unlimited filtered drinking water. The salt water pool is always heated appropriately to your liking and the spa as well (remote programming by owner for changes anytime). Weber gas grill available with utensils. Dart board, cards, dice and board games for fun and a new. Corn hole bag toss game. On cool winter nights after the pool you can stay warm next to the propane fire stand. Various adult and child pool floats.
Pet Policy: Allowed. Small dog. Immediate waste cleanup, non-constant barking, off indoor furniture, any damage or cleanup will be reported and charged.
