Surrounded by tropical palms you'll be tricked into thinking you've travelled hours from the city but are in reality only 30 minutes drive from the Auckland CBD. This property has recently been renovated and you will be one of the first to stay in it. Wake up each morning to watch the sun rise over the ocean.

Newly renovated property which includes modern bathroom and flooring. Cosy 2 bedroom home which includes heatpump which more than adequately heats the house. Early morning sun.

Other things to note
Pets. Well trained pets are ok. Cats and small house trained dogs only. The property is not fully fenced and the Neighbour’s have a few chickens that are out around there garden. Plus it’s cliff top with no fence behind small bushes so high energy dogs should not stay.
Enjoy a walk down the stairs at the front of the garden to arguably one of the most picturesque places on the Hibiscus Coast. Bring your togs for a swim or a fishing rod or paddleboard from the shed. The choice is yours.
