Enjoy a comfortable experience at this centrally-located front duplex home with excellent street parking. Older safe neighborhood in NW Clairemont. The home has a great open concept with a gated front yard with a patio. Pet-friendly rental with central heat and air. Very close to everything San Diego, La Jolla, Pacific Beach, Little Italy, Gaslamp, SeaWorld, Zoo, Old Town, Mission Bay, Movies, and bus.
The space
The home is part of a single-family residence on a street with great parking and close to a bus (a block and a half away) that takes you to the new balboa station near PB only 1.5 miles away with access everywhere. A wonderful way to enjoy all scenic areas like Little Italy, Gaslamp, shelter island, etc. The rental space is the original front house with some serious remodeling to get an open floor plan. Some smart home features and a lulu lemon workout mirror with guest login so you can stay fit while on vacation. Keyless entry as well as super close... like 2 blocks to beautiful trails for decent walking hikes and bike rides. Clairemont town square with Vons, Tj Maxx, restaurants, movies, and Krispy Kreme. We have extra bikes and boogie boards if needed with central heat and air, a quiet dishwasher, and hidden trash in cabinets under the cutting board. Free laundry onsite
Guest access
Guest access is the front original house 2/1 with an open concept living dining area with a private front yard (fenced in with white picket fence) and a shared laundry area. Please do not go into my backyard. My pets live there, and I want to keep them separate from guests. I have a scared 10-pound min pin rescue that doesn't need to be around new people unless it's at a park, not his home, which he will try and protect. My 2 cats are super friendly.
